Admissions

By January 31

• Completed online Application via the TADS website (and the $65 application fee per child)
• Birth Certificate and Baptismal Certificate (for Catholics only) required
• Teacher Recommendation from current school/program required. This form is available on the TADS website.
• Transcript/report card and standardized test scores required for the current school year and the 2 previous school years. May upload via TADS or send directly to OLV School.
• Classroom visit for all applying students (will be scheduled upon submission of an application)

By the Second Week of March

• Letters of notification will be e-mailed the second week of March, or earlier if spaces are available.
• Siblings, parishioners and Catholic students will be given first consideration for available spaces.
